During his 32 years at IBM, Rich helped to pioneer the transition into the digital age. As IBM Worldwide Executive for e-Commerce, he and his team guided senior executives across the US in how to use the internet to transform their businesses.
He helped develop the vision for Smarter Commerce, which resulted in IBM acquiring $1 billion worth of companies in the areas of eMarketing, cloud computing, automated supply chain, and analytics. As North America Leader for Smarter Commerce, Rich integrated these companies into a total comprehensive solution.
In 2015, as an entrepreneur, he left IBM to start Stor 4 You LLC, a completely new business in storage solutions. Today, his company has 4 locations and a multi-million-dollar value.
Brent Long

With 39 years of business experience, Brent has built a diverse career across finance, IT, manufacturing, and commercial operations in both private and public companies.
For 14 years, he served as Vice President of Finance & IT at Lucite International, a division of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, before becoming Business Director of Integrated Downstream Operations.
Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Cedarville University and brings valuable international experience from his time working in Brussels, Belgium.
